Return & Change policy

Must Condition: Purchased products can be returned within 7 days including the delivery date (prior application by phone, email or LINE is required).

Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience

1. If the product is unopened and unused: We will refund the full product price (tax included) ( But shipping fees, bank transfer fees, credit card fees to be deducted).
2. If opened: If the manufacturer's packaging has been opened but the product is unused, we will refund 50% of the product price (tax included).
3. If the item has been used: Returns and exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Return or exchange not applicable cases

1. 7 days passed after receiving the products
2. Pre-book ordered products
3. If the product packaging and accessories are not all included
4. If the product packaging is soiled or damaged
5. When the issue is determined to be a product specification rather than a defect
6. Products that have been processed or modified by the customer
7. Opened consumable products

Returns and exchanges due to product defects

1. We will refund the full product price (tax & shipping fee included)or exchange the product for the same item.
2. If a replacement item is not available or if it is difficult to provide the same item, a full refund will be given.

How to return the item

1. When returning or exchanging a product after receiving it, you will need the order number issued by our company. Please let us know when you apply.
2. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges due to customer own convenience. Please return the product with shipping prepaid.
3. If you wish to return or exchange a product due to a defect, please return it via Yamato Transport cash on delivery. If the item is returned cash on delivery by a delivery company other than Yamato Transport, the item will be returned to the customer again without being accepted. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
4. Please use クロネコヤマト transport only. We dont support any other transportation method.
5. When returning the product, please make sure that all accessories are in the same condition as when you received it.
