We will ship from Kanagawa prefecture by Kuroneko Yamato. Please check the below details before your order.

• Delivery：All over Japan。We do not ship to overseas。
• Delivery price：Please check the below link for your referemce. Actual cost to be quoted at the time of quotation. Direct pick up from store is possible. Please inform us at the time of order.

• Shipment：All the order to be processed for shipment on the same day if the payment is confirmed until 11AM of every weekdays.
• Delivery time：You can set the desired delivery time from the below options. Please inform us at the time of order.
  • ８：００～１２：００、１４：００～１６：００、１６：００～１８：００、１８：００～２０：００、１９：００～２１：００
• Packaging：We will ship as per the manufacturer packaging coming from the overseas。Due to the international import small scratches on the box may be exists.
  After receiving the product from manufacturer we tested all speakers and we will ship only the products which passed our test that customer can enjoy the product with confidence.
• Request to the customer：Please check the packaging box situation as soon as you receive it from Kuroneko Yamato. If you identify any big dent which might damage the internal product, please do not receive the package from Kuroneko yamato. Please take a photo and contact us immediately. We will resend a new product or refund your payment (if we dont have that product into the stock). After receiving the product from Kuroneko Yamato no claim is expected.
