At ALENCS Audio（Below referered as our company）、We request our customer to provide the minimum level of the information which is required to to execute the order。

1. We allocated one person who is responsible to protect customer valuable personal information.
2. We will only request the necessary information which is required to process the customer order.
3. We will never share/disclose/ provide  the customer personal information to the third party company w/o having the consent from the customer. However, if there is any request from the public authorities to investigate the criminal activities, there is possibilities to share the information)
4. We may share the customer name, address and phone number to our affiliate companies, dealer or the service center to provide the servicing support when its the serice support is requested from our customer.
5. We may contact our customer by utilizing various communication method (Mail, Phone etc.) to provide the neceesary service.
6. We will correct the customer information in reasonable range while any request raised by the customer which customer can not adjust from his/her own mypage.
7. Once received the customer information it will be stored in our companies even after stop using the service with us.
