Step 2: After getting the reservation, please send the defected amplifier to ALENCS audio by customer own cost.

Step 3: ALENCS Audio will do the necessary diagnosis to identify whether the amplifier is repairable or not

Daignosis fee : To be charged to identify the issue and prepare the quotation. 

Purchased from ALENCS Audio:  7,700 Yen ~ 9,900 Yen / unit (Depends on amplifier)
Purchased from other companies: 15,000 Yen/ unit ~ (Depends on amplifier)

The diagnosis fee free condition:
1) Fault reason need to satify all the terms and conditions of the manufacturer warranty
2) The product need to be purchased from ALENCS Audio 

Step 4: After diagnosis if the repair is possible ALENCS Audio will issue a quotation for the repair cost .
The repair cost starts from 5,500~  (Parts cost to be needed seperately)

After confirming & agreed the quotation by the customer

• If customer decided to proceed the repair:
  ALENCS Audio will start the repair and timely progress status to be shared with customer.
  After completion the repair ALENCS Audio will share the repaired video to the customer.
  After confirming the video of the repaired product, Customer will pay the bill first and after that ALENCS Audio return the repaired amplifier to customer address by paid on delivery.
  Guarantee: We will provide 1 week of free servicing support for the portion where we have repaired (Transport fee need to bear by customer and product need to be used in nominal condition, Excessive use like high gain etc is not applicable)

• If customer decided not to repair :
  Customer will pay the diagnosis fee first and after that ALENCS Audio return the defected amplifier to customer address by paid on delivery

Important Notice

1. After starting the repair, sometimes there is a chance to identify severe issue what has not been detected on initial diagnosis phase. In that case the diagnosis result to be updated as unrepairable and ALENCS Audio will not charge any extra cost to customer except the diagnosis fee. In that case, after receiving the diagnosis fee,  we will return the defective amplifier to customer as paid on delivery or if customer wants we will buy the defective amplifier from customer for usable parts collection (Seperate quotation to be shared)
2. After repairs are completed, ALENCS Audio will not be responsible for any damage to other equipment or vehicles caused by the amplifier.
