Warranty Term and Condition

Warranty Term:
When all our products are produced, they undergo rigorous evaluations, in each construction process until they are packaged.
However, if any type of abnormality is detected, when opening the package, it must be contacted to one of our authorized service center or dealer.
Each and every product must undergo a technical evaluation so that the defect is identified and proven.

Taramps Amplifier Warranty 

Warranty Conditions:
The product must be installed correctly, by a specialized professional, as well as respecting the product characteristics / specifications.

The customer will NOT have the warranty when:

  1. Exceed the period of manufacturer defined period (Mentioned in each product manual or specification list).
  2. If there is evidence that the security seal has been opened (VOID OPEN) Or the product has been opened which is not allowed (it varies depending on the product).
  3. if Damage occured by improper handling or humidity.
  4. Malfunctions in product parts due to torn cone/dust cap, bent or broken speaker housing
  5. Defects caused by improper installation.
  6. if Coils burned out by excessive power or extreme distortion conditions and excessive heat
  7. Failure or damage caused by improper handling, misuse, dropping, or repair, internal adjustment or modification by anyone other than ALENCS Audio or its certified service center.
  8. Breakdowns and damage caused by adjustments or repairs made by the customer.
  9. In the case of breakdowns or damage caused by natural disasters (fire, salt damage, gas damage, earthquake, lightning strike, wind and flood damage, etc.)
  10. If the product breaks down due to use under severe conditions (water leaks, heat, dust, smoke, etc.)
  11. Failure or damage to this product caused by a malfunction of a peripheral device
  12. If the product is deemed to have been damaged or broken due to external impact.
  13. If the Amplifier Protection mode is activated due to the improper usage or installation .
  14. If the breakdown or damage is deemed to be caused by abnormal voltage or the use of a power supply with non-specified specifications.
  15. If the breakdown occurs due to the nature of the product and the necessary maintenance not being performed or not being sufficient.
  16. Any other cases where the manufacturer or distributor determines that the product is not covered by the warranty.
  17. If the manufacturer has discontinued sales of the product or has terminated or stopped supplying parts or services.
  18. When parts supply from the manufacturer has stopped and parts cannot be procured from outside
  19. If the manufacturer has effectively gone bankrupt, gone out of business, or withdrawn from its existing business.

Warranty Coverage:

  1. Alencs Audio guarantees its products against any defect in manufacturing process if it is found to be defective under normal conditions of use by its authorized technicians.
  2. The PRODUCT must contain the original label, on which its serial number is inserted. 
  3. To use the warranty, the customer must need to present the invoice and the  delivery note, which must contain the serial number on the product label and properly filled with necessary information.
  4. The warranty provided by ALENCS Audio is valid only in Japan.
  5. Alencs Audio will not be liable for any damages caused by product specifications or malfunctions like damage to peripheral devices, loss of business profits, business interruption or other monetary damages, etc.
  6. After receiving the product for repair if we determine that the product has not been installed or used in accordance with the precautions in the product manual, the product will not be eligible for free repair.
